This product can be managed according to general industrial chemicals. It should be stored in a cool and ventilated warehouse.
1. Preparation of polysiloxane lotion
Add the emulsifier sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate and OP-10 (mass ratio is 1:2), silane coupling agent, deionized water, catalyst dodecylbenzene sulfonate and D4 in a certain ratio into the emulsifier, emulsify for 15min, and then transfer it to the reactor, raise the temperature to 70~75 ℃, react for 3~4h, cool down, adjust the pH value to neutral with NH3 · H2O, and obtain the vinyl polysiloxane lotion.
2. Preparation of silicone modified acrylate lotion
Add the polysiloxane lotion into the reaction kettle, raise the temperature to 70 ℃, and add the initiator potassium persulfate; Continue to raise the temperature to 75 ℃, start to drop acrylate monomer, after dropping, add a small amount of initiator, raise the temperature to 80 ℃, keep the temperature for 1h, cool, filter, and then obtain modified acrylate lotion.
